Patrick, Pat or Paddy as he was known to his many friends and family loved life and lived it to the full everyday with his motto being 'Carpe Diem' or 'Seize the Day'. He embraced all the challenges of life thrown his way and pursued his dreams passionately. He loved helping others to fulfil their dreams too. His smile lit up the room where ever he went and his kindness knew no bounds. We will all miss him but remember him with love.

I worked with Patrick in St Mary's hospital for a few years, we always had a laugh and always greeted eachother with a big hug to say hello! I am so sad to hear he has passed away, he was a true gentleman, so caring and thoughtful. I'll never forget the kindness he showed me!
