I admired how Michel created relationships with his clients and internal teams based on respect and trust (something a client pointed out to us yesterday) - He was so good at that and also just so good at what he did. Professionally, I learned a lot from him but I'll more remember Michel, the person: Friendly, outgoing, generous and supportive as a colleague, polite but also a caring interest in others. Despite life throwing very many things at him, he would always ask about you when he knew that you were going through life's challenges also. I am sad that he has gone but feel fortunate that our paths crossed. My thoughts and sympathies are with his family and friends.
