On my first day at Select Malcolm came over and told me one of his stories and made me feel instantly at home. He has been a great friend and colleague, always had stories to tell and was someone you could always go to for help and advice. Will miss our wee chats and course logins, even when he told the delegates I was his auntie or big sister.
