It was a toss up today. It’s National Tater tot day and one of Hana’s favorite meals is tator tot hot dish which she had made days before she died. However I chose a picture honoring Hana and sports. Hana devoted so much of her life promoting sports for women/girls and it’s national girls & women in sports day. Hana played and coached basketball and soccer. I see all the positive texts, emails, and posts from Hana’s players, coworkers, and parents that admired Hana for her work to uplift girls in sports and in life. One video Hana is telling her player “I have faith that you can.” She worked to uplift every player and every person she met. She knew systems approach and worked to help the families of her players as well. I love you Hana. I miss you and wish you were here.
