I worked for Gordon as a research assistant on microcomputer models of malaria and their use in sharing information. These tools were very new at the time and well before the Internet and World Wide Web - but Gordon understood their potential. I hope his interdisciplinary approach and fundamental belief in the goodness of people is not forgotten. Rest in Peace.
