PDG Chris (2003-2004), my predecessor in office, has been an integral part of our district for as long as I can remember and, in particular, as a graduate of Cambridge University and a communication specialist with wide experience in business and corporate affairs for more than forty years, he applied his skills to promoting Rotary both locally and in Africa whenever the opportunity arose.
Chris always remained true to the theme of his Governor year, Lend a Hand, and over the years I have often had the privilege of working with and learning from him.
We know just how much he will be missed by Jane and his family as well as his entire extended Rotary family. Silvia and I extend our deepest sympathies to Jane and the Skinner family.
