When statistics that you read about daily becomes a name you have known so closely for years, the shock, pain and grief leaves a scar. This is the scar I will live with for rest of my life, along with your family members and so many of your colleagues who are still unable to come to terms with the fragility of life. In the times that you were with us, and with every interaction we shared, you made us better and richer with your humility, joyful attitude, contagious smile and live-in-the-moment outlook.
