It has been a very shocking and devastating news. Arnab was a great colleague and a dear friend. I have always been amazed with his clarity of thought, purpose and leadership. Arnab always spoke from the heart and did not hestitate to challenge anyone and everyone. He was a true Johnsonian and lived our credo every day. He was an inspiring leader and always focused on people. He always saw the big picture and was never distracted from the smaller details. I always loved my chats with him since we always had very candid conversations about any topic under the sun - personal and profressional discussions. We used to catch up regularly and our last chat was on 10th Dec. As always, we ended up talking on various topics and we had to close the call since he had to rush for another meeting. We discussed his plans to visit his parents in January as he has not been to India for past two years. May God give his wife Mitali and parents the strength to bear the loss. May his soul rest in peace.
