Such a shock to hear of this great man leaving us in the way he did. I have memories of alan watching tv with me as a youngster he was 12 years older than i and would always embrace us as kids when he came to visit as we are cousins. Even at that young age i remember him being funny always smiling and full of love for everyone. Then adult life took over and i only by chance bumped into him 3 years ago and still exactly as i remember him from my childhood. He made me smile when we spoke he emitted positivity everywhere he went and thats evident in his pictures. Goodnight sleep tight alan love ya loads and so so glad i knew you as an adult recently and we had our msgs and chats the earth has lost a gentleman but the universe has gained a bright shining star xxx
