I first met Big Al at Northern Soul dance classes. He knew how to make you feel welcome, relaxed and part of the gang, even though there was no gang. He was a crazy funny loving man, that you just couldn’t help but smile and laugh when you were in his company. Dance classes weren’t as fun without Al.
We often saw Al out on scooter events, weekends away, and had so much fun at the crazy parties that always happened on the first night at Sandford in Roger & Mandy’s caravan. He was definitely the life and soul.
Al will be sadly missed ... a great loving character that will leave a void in the many gatherings, northern soul nights, and rally’s.
We hope you are now resting in peace Al.
Love always Neat & Ginge xxxx
