This photo was taken in Glasgow at one of our wonderful Armani Showcases. Always professional and with perfect delivery to every session Paul’s showcases were always a ‘Show’. Paul’s knowledge of Armani Prive fragrances were second to none. I learned so much from him…….Nobody ever knew a few hours earlier we were dancing and watching drag queens in the city’s clubs! Work hard play hard. So many laughs. Georgina xx
We loved a photo at the Boots conference, we lived together for 2weeks, was always hard to leave our work family. I think this was 2010.
Paul made everyone’s world a better place. He inspired so many people. I am so lucky to have had him in my life. years of so many fun memories. Will miss him so much x
Dear Paul, It is still hard for me to face the reality. I am just thankful I got to know you. You trusted me, inspired me and gave me the confidence to be me. You though me so much, as a person and as a professional. I do not have enough words to describe the Mentor you still are for me. You are still inspiring me and motivate me. My deepest condolences to your family. Helena.
I will always remember the first time I saw Paul train - it was a training on Armani Prive fragrances, and the stories he told about the ingredients, the cap, the bottle, the colours, the inspiration were so vivid that you felt transported. He was a master storyteller, and always able to adapt his tone and narrative to the different brands that he worked on. But above all, I will remember Paul as a thoughtful, caring and charismatic leader. Most leaders lead teams, but Paul's teams were more than that; they were friends. Friends with Paul, friends with each other. He had an amazing capacity to bring people together whether behind a creative way to bring a product to life in a training session, or around a karaoke mic. Those who worked with Paul over the years will miss him terribly.

Our summer dinner then Paul insisted we had a little drink in his usual giant soho ❤️
So grateful to have worked with, partied hard with and learnt from the sparkling human that is Paul. He lit up any room he walked into, left everyone smiling and had the brightest soul. You taught everyone around you how to live to the fullest. I know you left beautiful memories and moments with everyone. You will be fondly remembered and cherished by everyone who met you. RIP
Paul Ferrari always trained and spoke about beauty icons… touché éclat, Opium etc but the biggest icon of all was Paul himself! Paul had so much charisma and energy and was unforgettable. I remember how Paul was terrible at remembering names and would wonder why ‘James’ wasn’t answering when in fact James was actually called Mark. Or Tessa was called Jane! Paul was always the life and soul of the party and whilst I don’t remember him everbeing sporty in the slightest, he did move across the dance floor like Usain Bolt on an occasion when he’d seen a Karaoke microphone left unattended! Paul also managed to get the whole YSL showcase team thrown out of a bar after he decided he’d quite like to steal a feather boa from one of the performing drag queens! Paul was so much fun and such an incredible character but mostly and fortunately for me, he was a dear friend. A friend who was kind, generous, warm, caring and loving. Paul called a spade a spade and had no filter, this in friendship is priceless. I will never get over Paul not being around anymore but am fortunate to have so many lovely memories and photos I can look back on and he found the love of his life too in Vik, which completed him and made my heart feel full: Will always love you Paul xx
80s night when Paul would not let anyone else near the karaoke microphone!!
