If first learnt of Taylor's name in about 2005 when I was running a resource centre and seemingly always on the "hunt" for governance advisers with expertise in PEA. Despite my best efforts, I never managed to get Taylor on the books so I was thrilled then to have the opportunity to work with him at Palladium. Taylor brought a great energy to every room. He inspired people to give their best and was keen to ensure that everyone had a say and felt fully heard. That's quite a skill. I was also struck - and so envious - of the wonderful summer trips to the US that Taylor spoke of. They sounded like something from a novel and I'm sure as a family you've many wonderful memories of those trips. Taylor was an inspiration in terms of work life balance and his dedication to his family. I think we can - and should - all take away a lot from his example.
