Taylor has been a presence in my daily work life since I first joined the Bristol office over 7 years ago. He shared his enthusiasm, his ideas and his positive spirit with the whole of the office - not to mention his allotment harvests, good meals and lawn games! Deeply kind, thoughtful and intelligent, Taylor has truly shaped my approach to my work, to how to be part of a team, to how to question and interrogate, how to learn and how to expand my thinking. He made time for everyone and I know has shaped so many young careers, not just my own. Many of us, myself included, will carry these influences with us in the years to come. He will be sorely missed, but carried forward.
