Walter Mittler

After an initial career in Hotels, Walter subsequently worked for swissair in first class catering in New York in the 1960s. Walter spent the second half of his life in "retirement" running the Hotel Mittaghorn, also known as simply "Walter's Hotel" in Gimmelwald.
