Vishnu , you were God's Gift to the Neonatal family in the Midlands and Yorkshire. How much were your wares that they sold out so Quickly. ? You left us pondering and still haven't taken it in that you are gone so soon before us Vish you will be Sorely missed by a lot in Neonatal field not only in UK but fat around the Globe. Test in Peace Boss.. May you rest with the angels and may mother Earth be gentle on your mortal remains and Perpetual light continue to shine on you Amen.

Dear Liza and Katelyn It is hard to imagine how much pain and what a big void the loss of Vish has left in your hearts and lives. I hope you may get some comfort from knowing an seeing just how many lives have been touched by Vish in such a unique and positive way. Always encouraging , always there to listen and always smiling that infectious smile. He called everyone else " BOSS" but he truly was THE BOSS. Vish was the one who stuck with nurses , trainees and colleagues and parents through thick and thin and his support was unwavering and never judgemental. He has taught so many of us not just to be better doctors, but also to be better humans. Katelyn your daddy was truly amazing at so many things and he loved you so much and was so proud of you at all times. He will be watching over all of us but especially you. We will all do our best to make the world of Neonatology and the world in general a better place like Vish did and he will never be forgotten. Vish - you were not only an amazing doctor but an inspiring role model and colleague who touched each person's life with your kindness, care and humanity. It was a privilege to have known you for which we will always be grateful. God bless your soul and give your family courage and strength to get through this devastating time.

Struggling to find the words. Vish you were a lovely guy , a gentle soul all the nurses loved you ! You touched the lives of so many people and the world is a poorer place without you . I first met Vish in 2005 when he was a research fellow, and I was a neonatal registrar, he was such a pleasure to work with-so calm, kind and wise. A few years later I had premature twins and experienced his kindness and compassion as a parent. How lucky my boys were to have him watching over them. Liza and Katelyn, my heart goes out to you in the face of this terrible loss, and I hope that the outpouring of love and respect for your Vish is some small comfort in these dark times. My condolences to all of Vishs family and friends at the loss of such a true gentleman. The years working with you on NLS where no question was too silly or abstract: always helping others sharing your extensive knowledge and expertise. A huge hole will be left in the world from your passing.

Dear Liza and Katelyn, I had the pleasure of knowing Vish as a colleague and also as a parent. He was the first person to take care of our son when he was born with complex medical problems. He could not have been in safer, more capable or better hands and now he is a healthy happy child thanks to Vish's care. Vish also took great care of us as well as worried parents. I also over the years have worked with him professionally as part of the cardiac team at BWCH and seen him do the same for so many more children and families. He will always remain an inspiration to so many, he possessed all the qualities and was a wonderful person and an outstanding doctor. It was a privilege to know him.
