It's more than a month since we lost this beautiful soul, it is still hard to believe he is not among us. Varcky was one of the warmest person I have ever met. He was energetic, kind, brilliant, and a lovely human being. When I first met Varcky, I thought he was an introvert person. But I was wrong. He surely did know how to socialize and have fun with everyone. He taught me how to play Mountain Goats, I would remember him every time I'll play that game. There are so many memories and moments, that's gonna stay in our hearts forever and my words are not enough to pen them down. Rest In Peace Brother. You will always be missed

Varcky - I've been coming back to this page so much without finding the right words. Working with you was so great. I'm so proud of everything we achieved together with David and your team. And i'm so glad I got to know you. Mondays still feel weird as i'm expecting to get on a call with you just after lunch, and realise it won't happen again because you're somehow gone. You were kind, serious about work and unserious about yourself - the best there is. You will be so sorely missed.

Varcky was the brightest kid on our team, always eager to share his unique perspectives. Our conversations often turned into hours-long huddles, where his passion and confidence shone through. He was never afraid to voice his thoughts, no matter the topic. He spoke with such enthusiasm about sports, especially skiing in Gulmarg, and often shared his dream of visiting J&K soon. He mastered the game of cricket almost instantly. He took the lead in organizing matches, booking turfs, and rallying everyone together. His energy and charisma made him beloved by all. Varcky’s presence will be deeply missed.

Unfortunately, I was the first person in Headout to hear that something tragic happened. But the moment I passed on this information to his team mates, I realized how much he means to everybody. Though we haven’t worked together, I’ve heard about your incredible dedication to your work and the fun, uplifting energy you bring to those around you. It’s clear that you’re surrounded by so many who care for and admire you. My thoughts are with you amd yoir family during this difficult time. Rest in peace brother!

I never got the chance to interact with Varcky but after reading the memories, it feels like I lost someone I knew. Hearing so many wonderful things about you—your fun personality, your dedication to solving problems, and the positive energy you brought to those around you—I wish I had the chance to know you better.
