Tina Jackson

Dear Tine I am still in shock and still cannot believe that you are no longer with us. I only knew you for just over a year but we bonded almost immediately. You shared so much about your wonderful family - how proud you were of your boys, your husband, your elderly parents and your sister - with me. We also shared our memories of India and in particular a place called Bandra (a suburb in Mumbai that I lived in for a while and that you visited). You were so excited to go on your trips to India and were so kind to offer to carry a gift for me. You were so thoughtful and even lit a candle for my husband when you visited Mount Mary's church (a special place for me). I will always remember our chats and laughter we shared together. You were passionate about work and a kind and helpful person and made a huge impact on me. I shall miss you and these chats and your wonderful smiling face. Rest in peace dear Tina and fly high with the angels xx

Tina, I am deeply sadden to hear about your passing. Your dedication to your work and DWP was inspirational. I hope that you fully appreciated the level of commitment you displayed and the many qualities and strengths that you demonstrated especially through difficult times. I will miss our chats about food recipes and hearing about your family and travels. I send my condolences to your family and friends. Rest in Peace.

Tina, I had the honour of managing you over the past couple of years and you are going to be sorely missed. I valued you so much as both a member of the team and as a friend. Your drive to deliver and determination to do a job well were second to none. On a personal level I will miss our chats and your timely advice. My thoughts go out to all your family and friends.

I am still in shock. Such a vibrant and intelligent person gone way to soon. I will miss you so much Tina, especially our morning chats whilst you showed me the sights on your walk into work! Your commitment and enthusiasm to get things done at work was just brilliant. Yes you ruffled a few feathers but always with good intentions. Rest in peace beautiful lady.

So incredibly sad to hear of the news. I've not spoke to Tina in some time but worked with her for a for a fair while. She was the most tenacious, passionate, kind, fair and honest person I've had the pleasure of working with and her absence in the world is of a great loss to all who knew her or she never met. Until we meet again xxx

Words cannot express how saddened and shocked I was to hear of Tina's passing. I first met Tina when I started work for CMG, she was funny, kind, helpful and we just seemed to connect. I remember the fun time we shared at a CMG Christmas work do, I still have some great pictures from that night, she had a great sense of humour. Our paths crossed again when I started work at Heron House, we would bump into each other in the kitchen while she was grabbing a quick coffee and wiping the worktops down! Tina was unaware that I had lost recently my 23 year old son from a sudden cardiac arrest, she cried when I told her and gave me the biggest hug. She was so, so kind to me. I admired an angel wings dress ring she was wearing, she instantly took if off and said "have it Nichola, have it!" She would not take no for an answer, she was so incredibly kind. She also encouraged me to apply for my current role and gave me some guidance, she wanted the best for people. What a truly wonderful lady! I shall missed her fabulous smile, positive outlook and kindness. Thank you for all your help Tina, you made your mark on me. May the memories you shared with with your family and friends, help heal their broken hearts. Miss you Tina. Lots of love Nicky xxx

I was and still am extremely shocked and saddened at hearing the news of Tina's passing. I have known her for many years through work in different job roles and have yet to meet anyone quite like her, force of nature has been mentioned and is an extremely accurate description in my opinion, kind, caring, clever and funny! So hardworking but would always have time for her colleagues. She will be sadly missed and my thoughts are with her and her family!
