Theresa Whitney was a dedicated employee of ConMet since January 2018. She was relentless in her efforts to satisfy our customers, and protect the business. Her fun, unique personality showed through in everything she did, and the many interactions she had with our employees. She was a bright light that will be sorely missed.

I had the privilege and joy of supporting Theresa as a leadership coach. She cared deeply for her team members and wanted to be the best manager she could be to support them. She was very committed to her role and was proud of her work and her team. Theresa had a great smile and laugh and touched many lives. Miss Theresa was a warm loving person who was always optimistic. She never was “too busy” to help out with problems in the office or on the floor. I’ll definitely miss our daily early morning conversations concerning personal situations. She was dedicated to her job and had a good rapport with everyone.
