Thireshni Chetty

My sincere condolences to Thireshni's family. Thireshni was one of my tutees on the PGCLTHE programme. She was a fantastic and thoughtful teacher. I really enjoyed our conversations and the insights she brought. I am very sad to hear of her passing.

My sincerest and most profound condolences for the loss of a wonderful woman, I am so sad for the families loss and for the loss of Thireshni from our academic team. I have worked across many sectors and in many academic institutions and no-one has made as much impact in such a short space of time across a team or to so many staff and students as Thireshni. I hope the family can take some comfort from also knowing I have been contacted from people outside Surrey academic staff who knew Thireshni from South Africa and are now based in Europe, and who are also profoundly saddened by her loss. Thireshni's impact crossed continents and I am so grateful I got a few moments with such a wonderful, wise, thoughtful, caring and brilliant person. RIP Thireshni x

I am so very sorry to hear of Thireshni's passing. We were very lucky to have her as part of the Surrey Vet School. Although I only worked with her a short time, she made such a positive contribution to the team and I really enjoyed working with her. My sincere condolences to her family and close friends. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Thireshni was the most patient, kind and knowledgeable lecturer I ever had. Her way of teaching and passing her knowledge to students can never be replaced. She will always be in our hearts. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.
