Stuart Rowe

Very sad news, my deepest condolences to the family to have him taken away so soon. I will always value Stuart both as a mentor in my development as a Turbine Systems Engineer but also a real friend. He was always approachable and generous with his time. I shall miss both his technical advice and his company and sense of humour at our social evenings.

I'm so sorry to hear of this sad news, Stuart was a fantastic man. Such a legend and a wealth of knowledge, always smiling, always approachable and would always go above and beyond to help you, we will miss your calming presence in the office. Deepest sympathies to your family - RIP Stuart

My deep condolence to Stu's family. After 15+ years working together, Stu was more than a colleague. I remember all the good professional work together but much more our private conversations and talks.

I met Stuart during my second period at GEC/Alstom/GE after my return in 2002. He was always very supportive in assisting us Generator folk at Stafford with Oil system questions and problems. A true Gentleman and extremely knowledgeable and competent Engineer, taken from this life prematurely. My sincere condolences to Stuart's family.

Have had dealings with Stuart over the years since he started at GEC. He was always one of the nice guys who would always spend time to to explain things and help solve the issue in hand. RIP Stuart.

Very sad news to here of Stuart's passing he will be deeply missed by all. I have known Stuart for over 25 years and always enjoyed his company in work and on business trips.No technical problems seamed to be a problem to Stu and helped me on many occasions.I especially enjoyed our chats about football and his positive outlook on everything.
