Dear Family, I would like to express my deepest condolences. Although I knew that his health had deteriorated and there was little hope, I was shocked when I received the news. I worked with Rudy more than 20 years and he was always there to help and advise me and others. He always made time to support me, help me and share his knowledge with me. He really loved his work. In our conversations, it also became very clear that he loved his family very much. Your kind gesture, Mrs Kok, of putting a fresh bouquet of flowers on his desk every week put a very special smile on his face when he told me about it.
