Richard Flagler

My deepest sympathies for Richard's family and friends. I pray they find comfort in strength in their time of sorrow.

Richard was always concerned about others well being and would often tell me to take care of myself. He was goal driven for the MCAFS project and knew how to push others. He may not have lived in Kentucky but he wanted the best product for the citizens and providers. I will forever have a fond respect for him and remember his work with Kentucky.

Wishing you comfort and peace during this difficult time.

This is terribly sad news. My heartfelt condolences go out to Richard's family, friends, and coworkers. He will be greatly missed for his personality, leadership, dedication, and strive for excellence. It was truly a pleasure to have worked with him.
