Tommo, put simply: you will be missed. You filled a room with so much character and presence. You had a beautiful soul and such a caring, supportive nature. You are one of a kind and I love bumping into you in town. I always think I will still bump into you. I hope you have found your peace. One of a Kind!

Tommo, so sad to hear your gone mate, you was such a good person and a great sergeant, who made everyone laugh and had this amazing presence about you, definitely the life and soul of the party! I will always remember you, strolling into Colchester station, in your Mods green jacket which was way too big for yah I might add, with the biggest grin on your face! I knew then it was going to be a good shift! I always enjoyed working with you and I had the pleasure of knowing you in my life time, you will be missed mate. Rest in peace now Sarge x

Tommo you made me laugh and now you make me cry. You would dance up the corridor at Colchester doing your Northern Soul moves and tried to teach me to jive in the main office. You made coming to work a great place to be, there was never a dull moment when you were on shift, you made me laugh so much. I am going to miss you, my work husband, I hope you are at peace now x

Everybody is so sad to hear you are no longer with us, such a nice guy who was always welcoming. Even when I was new and first started working at Stratford, you were engaging and helpful even though you had no involvement with myself or my team. Just a stand up guy who was always happy to chat. I'm sure everyone who knew you would feel the same. Everyone in BTP will miss you Tommo. RIP

Tommo, you were well respected and loved in BTP. You were always happy to have a chat and were generally interested in how people were. I have many happy memories working with you on the Colchester patch. May you forever sing, dance and ride motorbikes my friend. Rest in Peace x

Tommo was one of the first people I met operationally when I transferred into BTP back in 2007. It was the first of many times where we have worked together across BTP over the years and Tommo was always the life and soul of everything going on. Kind and caring as well as supportive to everyone with a genuine desire to do some good and be there for officers and staff and the public we served. Tommo filled the room and such a sad loss. Fondly remembered, rest peacefully now my friend.

I've just heard this terrible news. Paul was a lovely guy, and supervised me in my early days in BTP on Op Miami. Always supportive and adopting a no-nonsense approach to things. Huge personality. This is such a sad loss. RIP Tommo.

Tommo, the kindest loveliest man with the biggest personality that's how I will remember you. Days at Cambridge were always brighter and louder with you around, I loved chatting with you hearing your passion for motorbikes and music. As everyone's has said you were one of a kind, gone way to soon, sleep well and RIP.
