My heartfelt condolences to you all on Paul's untimely passing. He was such a decent and principled man, so generous with his time and knowledge. It was a real privilege to have worked with him and he will be missed enormously. I am sure all your treasured memories of Paul bring you comfort in time. You and he are in my thoughts.

GOAT [Greatest of All Time]. Paul was not just an engineering MD with quality, knowledge and unlimited ability - he was a role model, a leader and a purist. He always knew what users wanted, even though no one told him - "I know you want this but I want to hear it from you". When I've tried to sound smart but got it all wrong - he took no time to correct me but always did it so respectfully that it made us feel respected. My last chat with him read - "Paul - wanted to pick your brain on something, do you have a minute pls? (6.08 PM on 4th June), response - of course (6.48 PM)". Epitomises how he always had time and took out time for everyone, irrespective of seniority. I was lucky to learn from his leadership and be impacted by his kindness, sincerity and dedication.

Paul has been instrumental in providing guidance, both technical and managerial. One of the most kind-hearted individuals, always listening carefully and providing thoughtful feedback. Having worked closely with him since joining the firm, I can attest that the impact he has had on multiple teams within the organization is truly phenomenal. He has left behind a plethora of knowledge, wisdom, ideology, and a void that cannot be filled. My deepest condolences to the family. Rest in Peace Paul.
