A dear colleague and friend to many, Patrik will be deeply missed and dearly remembered. Patrik was not a person of many words, always very respectful and finding kind words. Patrik was a man who liked to manage through letting people get on with their job and by trusting them to come to him if there were issues. A brilliant mind, sharp and concise in his comments, going straight to the point but having considered all different facets and open to accept well-reasoned arguments. Patrik also had a great sense of humour. Rest in peace dear Patrik!

I would like to express my sincere condolences to Patrik's wife and his family. I had not been in touch with Patrik recently and it was a big shock to me to learn about his passing away. Patrik has been my Head of Unit in RTD for several years. I very much appreciated his kindness, intelligence, good management and his humour (I will forever remember the funny stories he told us over lunch time about cat rescuing actions in the middle of the night). May he rest in peace.
