So very sorry to hear this sad news . I worked on reception at DLL gym . And had many chats with Patrick such I lovely man . When I was in hospital for a Opp on my knee he was so kind and caring ..sending my condolences to you sally and family. And to be honest in shock of your loss . I have only just found out . Been missing you around St Marys Patrick the place isn't the same. Was walking into work the other morning and there was this guy in front of me and he looked like you from behind (it was a dark morning). Then it felt like I got a kick at the back of my heel so I turned round and there was no one near. I hope it was you telling me to behave and that the guy in front was nothing like you!!!! It made me smile xxx There are so many memories I have of you, but the one that has stayed with me is the excitement you felt when you was reunited with your daughter. I am so glad you got to meet her. Sally I never got to meet you but I feel I know you so well because of Patrick. He spoke about you all the time and was so proud of you. We all feel privileged to have met and worked along side of Patrick. RIP Patrick Walker

I had the privilege of working with Patrick since I became a consultant at MFT, initially in eye theatres and more recently in St. Mary's. He was a great colleague and I always enjoyed his company and easy humour when we worked together. It was incredibly sad to hear of his death. My condolences to all his friends and family. I'm a midwife at St Mary's which is where I met Patrick and bonded with him over our dogs. I have 2 Husky Mutes, and we were going to take them for a good run at the land (off lead place) I'm so sorry to hear about his death and will miss seeing his smile around the place xxx

I worked with Patrick at Trafford, REH and St Mary's, particularly on the IVF unit. He was always cheerful, always polite and always had a positive outlook. The glass would always be half full, not half empty. He was a lovely, kind, generous guy, and will be missed. Rest in peace.

I have worked with Patrick in St Marys and possibly Trafford as well.He was a lovely guy always smiling and chatty.He was helpful to others ,energetic and cared for his patients.MFT staff and patients will miss him forever.

So shocked to hear about Pat, I remember him as a trainee and then work with him at St Mary’s. He was an incredibly kind person. RIP

So very sad to hear about Patrick's death - I worked with him at Saint Mary's. I will miss him dearly, Always so cheerful and smiling. I was always happy to see him.
