Pamela F. Smith, age 77, of Madison passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born February 6, 1942 at Memorial Hospital in New London, WI. Pam graduated from Lawrence University and Moser Business School of Chicago. Pam was employed at Northwestern Mutual Insurance for 9 years and the UW Health Sciences Library for 24. Pam has enjoyed numerous volunteer activities since her retirement. She volunteered at UW Hospital’s Main Information Desk for over 30 years.

It is never easy to lose a loved one. My desire is that you find consolation in the promise of God found in Revelation 21: 3-4 that says that soon, "He, will cleanse all tears from our eyes, and death will no longer be, nor will there be more mourning or outcry or pain." We will see all of our loved ones when they are resurrected in a beautiful paradise here on earth, my deepest sympathy to the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I can't even begin to imagine the pain that you are experiencing. However, Jehovah God is someone who always knows how you feel and wants to you bring you comfort and hope. His Word the Bible promises: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted. He saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34 verse 18) I hope this brings some measure of comfort to you, knowing you have someone to depend on while you endure the pain.
