On Thursday the 10th April, Owen was taken from us suddenly. To respect his wishes we asked that people not post too much on social media. We have set this memorial site up as a place for people to share photos/videos, memories, Funny Stories, and condolences, including "The soppy shit" for those that wish to express in that way.. Owen leaves behind his cherished wife Joanne, His Daughter Chloe & Son Josh, His Mum Jan & Father Reg, His two Brothers Duncan & Wright along with the rest of the Phillips Family. He made an impact on so many lives and leaves an incomparable legacy.

Owen was such a top bloke, a great boss and a good friend. Always had time for me or anyone who needed a hand or problems with anything. The most memorable thing with me is when I saw him he’s always say hello in a daft voice like what I do too. Gonna miss you my friend, you fly high now. Love lee xxx
