Praise God for a beautiful life spent in the service of our gracious Father. Mummy, you have fought a good fight, you have finished your course, you have kept the faith. Now is a crown of righteousness laid up for you. Thank you for the beautiful life you lived and the many lives you impacted. You have gone ahead of us to be preferred in resurrection along with other saints that have slept. Soon the trumpet shall sound and all in Christ shall be caught up to meet with the Lord in the air. Mummy was a lover of God and a giver to the core. I have beautiful memories of your selfless and exemplary love. This was more pronounced when we relocated. You call every other week to check on us and to encourage us all. The news of your demise came as a rude shock as I still called you that week. Your sweet, soft voice of 'Hellooo' still echoes. But I take solace in the fact that you're sleeping. Thank you for taking me as one of your own. Sleep on mom, till the resurrection morning. 'Nike Ayandiji

You were a caring mother, an exemplary wife to be emulated and a practical christian par excellence. You loved others passionately, wishing them well in all their endeavours. Your faith was so strong and you showed it in your utterances, actions and comportment but death is a debt that everyone will pay sooner or later, it is inevitable. Mummy, you lived a good lifetime. Mummy Mustafa, a beautiful reflection of Christ and his love, she took genuine interest in other people lives; she was always happy to listen, rather than be the center of the conversation. She never stop calling me to ask after the welfare of my children and she will always pray for them and me. Mummy Mustafa, words can barely express the happy memories of you, they will always linger in my heart. Mummy Mustafa sleep on in the bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ, till we meet again to part no more. Amen.

A WORTHY WOMAN OF FAITH! Two Saturdays ago, as I waited for the opening activities of the 7th Convention of our church to commence, I got a message that the mother of a dearly beloved friend had passed on. I looked at the time, and, knowing I still had some 40 minutes, thereabouts, before the programme would start, I decided to make a quick dash for the home of the deceased - to commiserate with the family. She had died peacefully in her sleep in the early morning hours of that day, and there was this serenity around the house. I saw the widower and two of their five children; no one was weeping, knowing assuredly that their mother had just transitted to a better place. The lovely woman was 78, having converted to Christianity some 29 years ago, and she spent her days standing in the gap as a prayer warrior, as well as going to the outcasts and street urchins, to give them the Word of GOD, Hope, and Love. I am particularly glad that I had a close up encounter with her on Sunday 11th June 2023. My wife and I, and another friend, had come in to see her son, and to pray for the recovery of her health. Before praying for her, I shared the testimony of how GOD had healed me in August/September of last year by bringing to me the WORDS in Psalms 103:1-5 and Proverbs 17:22. I encouraged her to memorize those two Scriptures, and to meditate in them regularly. She did. I saw her twice afterwards, and she always told me with excitement how she'd been saying those WORDS of FAITH' and HOPE to herself since June 11th. She got better and stronger. GOD has only taken her into her reward. Hallelujah! I want to leave this challenge with you: if a 78 year old, in a debilitating condition, was able to memorize two different Scriptures, and hold steadfastly to them, what's stopping you from reading, learning, studying, memorizing, and meditating in GOD'S WORD? Your miracles and breakthroughs are in your BIBLE. Read it! Adieu, Ma Musty! See you at the Feet of JESUS. DA
