Nino Wicaksono

I am grateful to have known Nino as a wonderful teammate and mentor. He was always cheerful and positive, never showed any signs of his struggles. He was kind hearted and generous. I will always remember how went out his way and helped me. RIP

I feel so fortunate to have known and worked with Nino. I had the good fortune to meet him in person on one of his trips to Colorado. I appreciated his generosity of spirit; he was always willing to make time to share his expertise with others. I will miss his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. His absence leaves a significant void and I sincerely miss him.

The first thing that comes to me whenever I think of Nino is his wonderful smile and contagious laugh. Another powerful memory for me was during one of my 1x1s with Nino. He would talk about his family with such pride. He was so proud of his children! They were the world to him. When he spoke about his wife I could tell they were soul mates. His smile was always very bright but not as bright as when he spoke about his family. To Nino’s family; Thank you for being so special to Nino. I am so sorry for your loss. I will miss Nino very much. Rest in peace Nino and thank you for bringing so much joy to this world. You will be missed!

Nino's magnificent humility and contagious smile will never be forgotten. He was a creative engineer, a dedicated coach, a passionate learner and a supportive friend. He used to cultivate and stimulate positivity around him, his warm and charming attitude had the power to transform a tense atmosphere into a joyful, relaxed, and energetic one. Yes my friend, you'll always be dearly missed (RIP).

Nino was always cheerful and smiling. He was very creative and was a great joy to work with him. RIP.

Nino was a wonderful, cheerful, and humble friend. He gave me a lot of help when we worked together. Nothing could describe my sadness when I heard the news he passed away. May he have peaceful rest.

The day when I heard the news that Nino was in stage 4 lung cancer come as lightning in broad daylight for me. I never thought that the man whom I was working with on daily basis with has been struggling for his life this whole time. Even in his struggle, he was always maintain positive attitude, still laugh, and even jokes about his struggle. I learnt a lot from Nino, not only about work, but also passion, attitude, small things in daily life among others. Coming to office was always easy because I know there is always someone I can ask about anything. I pray for peace and comfort for you and your loved ones. Your gentle soul will be sorely missed.

As does many others, the very first thing that I can remember of Nino is his charming smile and wonderful personality. Unfortunately I never got an opportunity to work with Nino in any project. But still with the limited interactions, the first thing that comes to me is his Smiling face. We have been in touch over messages up until last year and I never knew that has has been facing this challenge. This news is quite a shock. Rest In Peace Nino.
