Nigel Jinman was a much loved colleague within the Blakemore Retail family, working both alongside and as a part of the company for over 25 years. Wherever he went he brought joy and humour, and would go above and beyond to help and support anyone in need. He was a friend to many and has gone too soon.

Nigel was such a lovely and kind person, always supportive and happy to help. I enjoyed many chats with him about his motorbike and rock music! He always talked about his beloved family, you could tell he was so proud of them all. He is missed very much.

With Christmas nearly here, it feels strange not passing on to you some Iron Maiden trooper beer this year. When I finally found someone who I could talk to about music to at work I was so happy. Our chats about bikes, music, tattoos and all the other stuff that was inappropriate for work collages to discuss always brightened my day. you never judged me and always pushed me to be the best I could be. Everyone is waiting for the light, be afraid, don't be afraid, The sun is shining out of my eyes, It will not set tonight and the world counts loudly to ten. It was so sad to hear the news I was genuinely gutted. I will always remember the time outside the old Bentley Store when Nigel tapped on my car window and said to the wife ' I didnt know you did care in the community ' meaning what is she doing with me, but that was his humour . The humour will be missed by all and the fact that he was always there to help and to give you advice. Thanks again Jinman
