Nicki, what can I say? What a truly remarkable lady you will always be in our hearts and memories! Friend, mentor, supporter and a leader always on the front line taking absolutely no sh*t from anyone. You were the fiercest and fairest powerhouse of a human with a pure heart and a rather naughty sense of humour! So glad we got to catch up once last time in the hospital. I'm so sorry you and your family had to go through this and you never got to your dream home on the Welsh coast. You were always telling me to leave my desk and go outside. I'll now ensure I go down to the seaside as much as possible in memory and honour. Miss you luvvy! Lots of love and sincerest condolences to all your loved ones left behind xxx

Nicki — My Very Special, Beautiful Friend They say some people come into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts that time can never erase. Nicki, you were one of those very special people to me. For 27 years, you were not just my friend — you were my rock. We travelled the world together, laughed until we cried, and put the world to rights talking until sunrise. We created so many magical memories, I will treasure them forever. Sometimes I think you knew me better than I knew myself. You loved my girls like your own, and they absolutely loved you right back. ❤️ Your caring heart, your honesty, and your beautiful spirit touched everyone lucky enough to know you. I loved your unique, stern no-nonsense approach to life — it was so very you, and one of the things I admired most. You loved life so much; your walks, your bicycle trips, and your time spent in nature brought you such joy. You still had so many dreams waiting to be lived, and you were taken far too soon. life was always brighter, kinder, and fuller when you were in it. I will miss you more than words can say. I was so privileged to be your friend, and I will carry you with me always — deep in my heart, and in every memory we shared Fly high with the angels, my beautiful friend. I will miss you, always.

Nicki, how can I find the words, you will be missed so very much. I have so many precious memories, some bigger moments like exploring Istanbul together and those everyday moments that hold an equally special place in my heart, like deciding whose turn it was to buy the coffee! I feel so fortunate to have worked with you, you taught me so much and we complemented each other so well, together we could conquer anything! Oh Nicki. I'm not quite sure what to say nor that I'm actually writing this. You are hugely missed - in so many ways. For your quick sense of humour, your no nonsense attitude, your wealth of knowledge and experience, your ability to make a decision without faffing around, your support, your guidance - for being uniquely you. Still can't believe that this lovely down to earth lady has passed away. I got to know Nicki more when I was in South Africa last year and she really was a genuine person full of life and energy with a kind heart.

A wonderful lady! I'll never forget how she made me feel at my first ever Avon conference, she welcomed me, told me it was going to be great and I'd love it. A thoroughly decent straight up and down person! Will be a huge loss to Avon. Rest in peace Nicki xx
