'Those that knew him well or had the opportunity to work alongside him will know that he was a flamboyant character, loud and opinionated, full of life and personality. There is much to remember and recall about Nick and I’m sure we all have personal memories however one to note was his unique ability to talk and engage with anyone, on any subject and get them to talk about themselves. Without a doubt, this served him well through his successful 30+ year career working with partners.' A truly wonderful man in everyway. No matter the day, there was always a twinkle in his eye and a mischievous grin forming - you knew a comment or a joke was on the way! Nick was a true character and always kept us honest and entertained in the office. One of the most wonderful things about Nick, was he was always himself. Having known him throughout various role over 15+ years, he was consistently and always such a fun, warm, caring and considerate person, to be with. Miss you Nick x

I hope when I get to your age I will be more like you. You were so funny and had an infectious personality. You used to get annoyed when you had gone down to Crust Bros at 11.45am (even though they opened) at 12pm and they wouldn't serve you :) You would then take your own back by getting a kebab and chips to show them up. You genuinely cared about what people were up to outside of work. Honestly, was gutted to hear the sad new. Rest in peace My Bayat.

My memories of Nick span from him being the 'official ambassador' for Crust Bros to being in the pool in Miami at 7am doing lengths. He was genuinely one of the nicest blokes I've met and he had a lot of time for you regardless of what was going on in his day. He'll be missed dearly and the office won't be the same. Charlie

What a unique person you were! I am so blessed to have known you. You honestly made me laugh every single time I saw you Nick. The office will never every be the same again. You helped with with so much you had no idea. I loved that you said whatever came to your mind, no holding back! As much as you made us all laugh and would do anything you also were so stressed about everything. I hope now you are floating like an angel and have no stress at all, be happy Nick! How did any of us get any work done when he was in the office who knows. But at least you knew he had your back when something needed to be fixed! Only a short amount of time spent knowing him but he certainly left some very good memories! Supportive hugs for his family x
