It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bedford Glen’s Pet Mayor, Morgan Stern. He passed away of cancer at the age of nine. He was a pillar and fixture of our community, a gentle giant, friendly with everyone. He enjoyed meeting with his constituents and wandering his domain. He will be sorely missed. Our condolences go out to Susan Stern, Morgan’s pet mom. Bedford Glen Community Committee

Morgan was a once-in-a-lifetime dog. He was special beyond words. I miss him terribly but feel so lucky to have loved him and been loved by him. He added so much to our community and was known and loved throughout the neighbourhood. He could be solemn and dignified but also the world's biggest goofball. He loved Susan beyond words and theirs was a mutual love affair. I feel tremendous grief and emptiness at his passing.
