Michael Schoeb

My friend, writing this, I still cannot believe you left us, and probably never will. For more than 20 years we went together through good times and, sometimes, difficult times. So many outstanding memories remain, and I am grateful that I had the privilege to work with you. Your openness, your enthusiasm, and your way of positive thinking I will miss. I will keep the memory of you in my heart to dig it out in those times I feel to be hard and challenging. The "what-would-Michael-have-done-question" will be my companion for the remaining days. In deepest sadness, I feel thankful that I was one of the lucky people calling you a friend. Thank you so much for all this! My deepest and truly felt condolences to Sarah, Angelina, Lion and the entire family.

It is hard to believe that Michael is no longer with us. From bottom of my heart my sincere condolences to his family members for their unthinkable and irreparable loss. RIP Michael.

Shocked when I heard the news that Michael passed away and sadness took me over entirely. I can't imagine what you as his family must go trough, my deepest condolences and I wish you all the strength. He sat an example to me being a great leader on multiple aspects. Thank you Michael for the chance I had to work with you. Still hard to believe this, he will always be in my memories...

We say goodbye to Michael, our irreplaceable leader, a man who has always put the interests of others before his own. His compassion, justice and ability to help others made him an ideal leader and a true role model for all.

This is so very sad. It was my privilege to work closely with Michael over the past 11 years. I loved his humor, his fairness and that he treated everyone with respect, no matter what level in the organization. He ignited followership by his personality and made people feel comfortable around him. What a kind and exceptional man. My heart goes out to his family, Sarah and kids. They must be heart broken and I hope they will find strength and comfort over time.

I will miss the oppositional discussions, always showing that there is not only one perspective of a situation. My deepest condolences go to Michael's family and friends. I didnt know him as well as i stared during the pandemic but he always took the time to meet with me and really pushed me to do better and be more! He helped and encourgaed me when I went for a management position on the PASS team. He always listened to my ideas and really wanted to implement the change. His energy and bright persona will be greatly missed.
