Mark Ferguson

It was an honour and a pleasure to work with Mark. He loved life and most of all his family, Carmen and Kai. Mark was "Mr SLC" and didn't lose patience with the many questions asked of him by colleagues. You always got Mark the same way, with a smile. Gone too soon. My thoughts and prayers with Carmen, Kai and the wider family.

Mark was a good guy and a great friend. In work he was surrounded by people who respected, admired, trusted and liked him. He always had time for people, to talk, advise and laugh and we've lost someone really special. Anyone who knew Mark knew the most important thing in the world to him was his family and how proud and thankful he was for the time he had with them and it's them that I'm thinking of at this time. I still can't believe you're gone but I'm so grateful that I had time to get to know you. Miss you pal

As many others have said, Mark was a lovely guy, he always had time to help whomever needed it, was always smiling and was such a gentle kind person. Such an awful loss, taken far too soon. Mark was a pleasure to work with and always had time for a chat - be it about work or passing on DIY tips! I loved working with him and learned so much, he will be truly missed and leaves a huge whole in our team. Sending my sincerest condolences to Carmen and Kai, who he spoke about with such love.

Mark was such a wonderful colleague - whether having a quick chat in the kitchen with him over a coffee, or if he was presenting to a room full of people, we always got the same Mark.
