My heart goes out to Sam and Mark's family at this very sad time.

So very sad, fond memories of Mark..always a steadying influence, some great nights and weekends, the never ending hip flask seeing the new millennium in....and always the last man standing. You will be missed....my thoughts are with you all. Oakerz

Mark was really enjoying himself with a large grin from ear to ear. Then he jumped on top of you on the dance floor joined by many more....all laughing hysterically! Thankyou for the letter letting me know of Marks passing, the news made me very sad. I remember him as a young boy with a lovely mischievous smile. My thoughts are with the family at this time of great sorrow.

We are deeply saddened by this news. i have such fond memories of hockey matches with mark as coach, and what a great coach he was!! those were some of the best years of hockey! We would always have such great chats and he always there to offer support. There are many memories of great nights out on hockey do’s or at the rugby shared with Mark and Sam we will never forget. All our love at this very difficult time. We will miss you mark xx

Such sad news. A good friend from WRFC days, room mate from rugby tours and a tough squash opponent. He was a great guy with the nicest way of making people around him feel at ease. Rest in peace Mark.
