Mark Brooker

Mark was a fantastic boss and mentor. His advice and wisdom has changed my career and life forever. He was always approachable, no matter how high the workload. He genuinely cared for his family, colleagues and friends. He will be missed, may he rest in peace.

Mark you were a great boss, friend and confidante. You will be sorely missed by all who worked with you. You encouraged and supported everyone at McFT whatever their role and did everything with a smile and a twinkle in your eye. It was a pleasure to have known you and to have worked alongside you. Your support on the Isle of Wight Challenge 2015 was a challenge in itself for you and despite missing the ferry because we were in the pub, you encouraged and supported both teams to complete the race and even gaffer taped a lucozade bottle to the frames of the bikes of those who had over indulged the night before! Rest in peace Mark.

Mark was the first person I met when I walked through the doors at my MCFT assessment day, from that moment I could tell want kind of man he was, helpful, supportive and warm! He put me at ease about the day ahead and took the time to talk to me. My condolences to all his family. R.I.P Mark, a true gentleman.

Mark played a huge part in the growth and success of MCFT, using his knowledge and skills to develop strong relationships with many key customers. At all times there was an air of calm and thoughtfulness about Mark. He was very much the "go to" person if anyone had a problem and he supported many with their personal development. I have fond memories of working with Mark, some highlights being accepting the IiP small business award with him, and also his company on a business trip to Chicago. I very much admired the way he continued working in the business whilst dealing with his illness - a true role model. He loved his family and I send sincere condolences to them and his many friends.

Mark was a great man, kind and passionate about work and all the people around him. He really helped me settle into the company when I started and wish I had more time with him. You will be missed and my thoughts are with all your family

Mark, I think the world needed more time with you. You never looked through anyone, which I believe was why you could see through just about anyone and that was one of your great talents. Enjoy the light.
