Cara Marina, Leggendo i commenti delle persone con cui hai lavorato, in un attimo la mia memoria ha ripercorso i tanti paesi in cui abbiamo condiviso il nostro lavoro. 
Non solo sei stata una colonna insostituibile per affrontare eventi e maree, ma anche importante fonte di inspirazione e riflessione per far si che “il tutto stesse in piedi” e funzionasse bene. La tua simpatica ironia, capace di unire critica costruttiva, positività e propositivita, e’ stata una risorsa unica che credo tutti abbiamo sempre cercato. Grazie! Carissima Marina, sei una di quelle che difficilmente passano inosservate. Estrema in tutto, compresa la tua intelligenza, empatia, simpatia e generosità. Ti ho ammirato e voluto bene come una seconda mamma. E' un dolore immenso sapere che non sei più tra noi, ma ti ricorderemo sempre con enorme affetto e con un sorriso, perchè con te tutto era più divertente. Un forte abbraccio a Sara e Miriam. Chiara

Marina, che triste notizia. Non potró mai dimenticare il nostro primo incontro - solo telefonico putroppo- quando mi hai detto: “ vabbe’ ma tu sei del sud Italia e poi napoletana… non mi devi raccontare niente a me!!! “ E così fu, senza grandi approfondimenti, ci siamo sempre trattate come se ci conoscessimo da sempre! I had the good fortune of being Marina's office neighbor in NY. What LIFE she brought to the 9th floor of the FF building, with so many animatedly told stories and her signature uplifting spirit - it was a true bright spot in the day crossing paths with her in an otherwise drab hallway. Marina was always so warm, so welcoming, and patiently encouraged me to practice my near-forgotten Italian, being far too kind with her compliments. She supported me through my first pregnancy, offering sage advice and positivity. My daughter, Carmela, still sleeps with the soft pink teddy bear Marina got for her. What a treasure of a woman, colleague, friend. Ci manchi immensamente.

Dear Marina, it's so hard for me to reconcile with the fact that a bubbly, crazy, yet kind and competent friend like you is gone. You touched many lives who would all cherish your memories. Rest in eternal bliss my friend.
