Manuel Pelaez

I had the pleasure of tutoring and supervising Manuel on a Coaching course. He was so passionate about developing his work as a Coach. As others have said he was so generous in the time and energy he had to support and help those aroun him. He always brightened up any meeting with his perspectives, observations and questions that would invigorate and challenge all our thinking. I'm deeply saddened and shocked by his untimely death and send my very best wishes to his family. Rest in peace Manuel.

Manuel, my Asturiano. It´s so sad to see go too early such a bright star. Your smile and energy will be with me for ever! Rest in peace paisano!

I met Manuel 5 years ago when we worked together briefly at SAP. A passionate coach, always kind and generous with compliments. My heartfelt condolences to his family, may you all be comforted through this trying time. May he rest in peace.

I met Manuel at our coaching course online and we quickly became friends as well as colleagues. Manuel's passion was to help everyone to succeed and bring out the best in everyone. We collaborated on our work, sharing ideas and literature, but Manuel was so generous with his sharing. Every time he found a new relevant paper, he shared it. Along with other friends, I am absolutely devastated about Manuel's untimely death and I am still struggling yo comprehend it. I feel deeply for Manuel's wife, boys, his dad and other friends. All on our coaching course are devastated too and send our sincere condolences and prayers.

It is always sad to say goodbye to a colleague but it is heartbreaking losing someone that always made you smile. Your humanity, energy and passion for flamenco will always be missed and remembered. My most sincere condolences to his family for this great loss.

Manuel est arrivé en Andalousie de Barcelone en 2018. Passionné par le flamenco, il m’a fait découvrir cette passion et le leadership proche de ses équipes, ce qui est une grande qualité. Une dimension internationale avec tous les pays où il a vécu ou voyagé, il était aimé de ses équipes dans un grand groupe international. Passionné, international, proche de ses équipes. Tu es parti beaucoup trop tôt Manuel. Nous nous étions croisé à Malaga fin 2021. Repose en paix désormais. Mes condoléances à la famille.

You were the warmest, kindest and motivational person I met at Oracle Manuel. I always admired the way you treated your colleagues and your clients. You were a good man and you leave an amazing legacy to the world in the form of your two sons.
