Ma'am...I miss you so much,words have failed me since you left...you were a mother..I remember all our visits,our shoppings...when I come and inform you of a type of food and how I will sneak out to get it for you and both of us we lock ourselves in the room eating and gisting...I remember all your yoruba songs on the radio and the way you dance,your prayers and advices made me who I am today..when I lost hope and how you will hold my hands and pray and encourage me...I remember you and the boy's and the usual quarrels...you told me your plans and all...how you will remind me of one thing or other to get for you and how happy you would be when I get it for you...my last moments when I brought my daughter and husband to see you...how you prayed for them...am so happy I did...mama am sorry I wasn't by your bedside,you never discriminated...you were always cheerful and full of advise......I cried always cause you were like a mother to me...am sorry marriage had to take me far...you know mama I would have been with you all through....I miss you so much mama and I hope to see you on the last day...

Big mummy you will surely be missed. The smiles, jokes, stories and patience to hear me out at anytime are memories that keeps me smiling knowing you are smiling back at me in a better place. Mummy Mummy a.k.a grama ria as I fondly call you. I was terribly sad to hear the news of your passing. All the while I hoped that somehow you'll pull through. My children and i will greatly miss you and your simplicity. Your life was an epitome of love, patient and endurance. You persevered in the face of adversity and through it all, came out victorious. Good night mummy, till we meet again on the resurrection morning, May the peace, strength and comfort of the almighty rest on all your children that you left behind in Jesus name. Amen

Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates”! * You sacrificed literally your life for your marriage/ family and especially your children. * You were such a gentle soul * You were loving and caring * You were humble and meek to a fault * You persevere through thick and thin. * You always see the light at the end of the tunnel. * Cheerful, funny, always forgiving. * You were such a HARD WORKER: you believed that as long as a person is still alive with hands and legs, that is a great blessing and through that there is nothing , no height he/ she cannot reach. * Oh Mom, always so supportive, great generous giver. * Your heart is great, such a sweet heart you had. * You loved The Lord and strongly believed in Him till your last breath. * I am sorrowful now cos you have left me alone in this wicked world, but I’m glad Jesus took you for He told me few months before you died saying “ If this house is destroyed , I will build her a bigger and better house”! So I’m grateful to God for His Mercies, His love for you, His grace that abounds towards you all through your life. * You never had any health issues: Oh there was nothing you couldn’t eat, how funny! * Mom, you were a great believer in people, you were always loyal to everyone, your principle is that : since your heart is clean to everyone you are okay! * No wonder Mom, No wonder , God lavished His love and affection upon you like ‘no man’s business’! * He (God) once sent someone to you many many years ago, to tell you that” He will fight your battles “! I still remember meeting the man of God very early in the morning saying God gave him an urgent message to be delivered to you-Mom. * Mom, you were very SELFLESS and cared greatly for people , you believed that “ Ajo oj’owo lo” meaning showing “ care/ Empathy is more than giving money”. * I couldn’t have asked for a better mom. God gave me the best.

My Grandma was a nice, fun, and all-round amazing person. She took care of us whenever she could and she is the most amazing person ever! Grandma loves us and loves to buy and share snacks with us whenever she’s with us, even when she’s not she sends things to us through my parents. I miss grandma. She was always there for me and I wish I could see her again but I know that she is living peacefully in Heaven.

Grandma, you were such a caring, easy-going, and kind person. You would always take good care of me and my brother, and you were also very funny and nice. You were such an amazing person and I looked up to you very much. Grandma, you were a mediator between me and my brother whenever we got into trouble or we were fighting. You could almost instantly solve our problems or whatever we were dealing with. I wish I could’ve spent more time with you. Words can’t describe how much I love you and how much I am going to miss you. You were the best grandma I could ever ask for.

To the most sweetest and youthful big mummy that ever existed. Thank you for putting a smile on our faces, thank you for always being so warm, caring and approachable. I will fondly remember the time we spent together and I am so grateful for the times we shared. May God strengthen all the family at this time.
