Malini Sidhu

I heard from Malini's husband yesterday that she passed away just over one year ago. I was absolutely shocked to the core. I had sent Malini a text about empowering women in the workplace - Michelle Obama - and her husband kindly replied, told me about his loss and also gave me his telephone number to speak to him. I am honoured to have meet, worked with, laughed with and known Malini. She was one of a kind who will be remembered for ever!

Very sorry to hear about the passing of Malini Sidhu. We know her parents and her siblings from KK, Malaysia. Malini stayed with us for a month in Brunei while prepping for her London exams. We enjoyed her company, her spirit, her laughter and her fun attitude. We didn’t have a chance to connect after that but from the notes of all here .. she didn’t change too much. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her immediate and extended families.

So sorry to hear the sad news. Malini was such a kind and lovely lady.

I am so saddened by this news. Malini was extremely kind to me when I first started teaching and helped me a lot. She was very supportive of music and me and was such a kind and lovely lady. RIP Malini

There are so many eloquent words on here that express the sadness I also feel at having to say goodbye to you, Malini. Like so many others on here, you encouraged me when I thought of becoming a teacher, you always asked after my girls or my mother. It was a privilege to have known you and sung with you. Choir will be less colourful without your fluffy handbags and your smile. Kx

Malini, you are going to be so missed, my forever memory will be dancing with you at Charly & Lisa’s wedding as you tried to organise us all to sit on floor and bounce to the beat! x

Malini and I worked together on Charities at Frances Bardsley Academy, she was a very caring, warm person who always made everyone feel welcome. My thoughts are with her and her family today. Malini your light will shine on.
