Liam & Winston O'Sullivan

So sorry and sad to hear of the sudden passing of both Liam and Winston. Too tragic and a far too early departure for a wonderful kind man. Have known Liam for almost 20years Much love to his whole family

What to say about Liam? Well, he had a heart of gold, and a never ending treat bag for dogs. His love for Winston, was admirable and his knowledge within the property management industry was remarkable. I clearly remember one Christmas party whereby I was on the on-call phone, and it had been quite all night and all of a sudden I got this call, where the caller was asking me to remove some fouling left by a dog and how they had slipped on it and injured themself (at almost mid-night). Giving the required advise to them, they continued with other issues (non emergency related and not making much sense) I come to realise after 15 minutes on the phone and the rest of my colleagues laughing that Liam was in fact pranking me with a Scottish accent- and he was proud of himself that I’d fallen for it. With decades full of knowledge and putting others before him, I will be forever grateful for the wisdom Liam gave to me and our parting words in his office on my last working day at GH. My condolences go to his family. May he and Winston find a peaceful place and a comfy armchair to rest together.

I was very sorry to hear of Liam and Winston's passing. I have known Liam for around 7 years. I'm his IT guy. He was my favourite customer. We would speak on the phone 2 or 3 times a month, often in the early evening, when he was settling into his usual "night shift". He was an incredibly hard working guy. I spoke with him only a few days before his passing. He was his usual chirpy self. I helped him with an issue and he, as usual blamed his supposed lack of IT skills for the problem. Always a pleasure to deal with. I shall miss those calls. You always finished the called by saying "Thanks Man." So I will finish by saying the same. Thank Man. Thanks for putting your trust in me and may you and Winston rest in peace. xx

Devastated to hear this incredibly sad news. I didn’t know Liam incredibly well but I did know he was an amazing man who has helped me more than he’d ever know. He was worth his weight in gold and I will forever be grateful to him for the support he gave me. I always adored his sense of humour and his witty comments, an amazing man taken too soon! You will be hugely missed.

What a great loss of a thoroughly decent, honest and hard working individual and I was so sorry to learn of the sad news yesterday when I rang GHPM. I will never forget him for many reasons and take my hat off to him for having built GHPM from scratch to where it is today, which is no mean feat. Robin Bruce-Gardner (Queens Court).

So very sad to learn the news of the passing of Liam and his beloved sidekick Winston. Liam was one of the kindest people I have ever known, I only knew him for a short time but could see he was loved by colleagues and friends alike, Winston brought joy to the office and really was one of the team. May they both shine on together as the best friends they were xx

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Liam and Winston. We had only known Liam for a few years but he was always kind and helpful whenever we contacted him. Our thoughts are with all his colleagues, friends and family at this sad time.

So sorry to hear the tragic news of Liam’s death and my heartfelt sympathy goes out to all his family and friends. I taught Liam at Primary school in Weymouth and I can honestly say he was one of those pupils who have a special place in my heart. He was hardworking, polite and popular with all his peers for his kindness and sense of humour. He will be remembered always.
