Kushala Shetty

It was very disheartening to know that Kushala Boss is no more with us. She was truly a fighter and a Super Women. I feel lucky for getting the opportunity to work with her. It was truly a great experience working with her. She was a great leader and a nice friend. She was a true mentor for most of us.I still remember those days when we used to have a tea break and share lots of personal and professional talks. I will really gonna miss her and her smiling face. May her soul rest in peace

I know Kushala for almost more than 20 years. She has worked in various roles in HUL. We use to have discussion with her and she always use to guide us. It is a big loss to her family and company. She will be always remembered for her simplicity and positive approach to anything. Even when she was going through the pain of this treatment, she use to call me and guide me as one of my Aunty is also suffering from cancer. This was a great help from her which I will not be able to forget through out my life. She was gem of a person. We pray God to give all courage to her family to overcome this time of grief.

I had an opportunity to work with her during the time when I was handling 3P operation. She was young energetic and dynamic and always be remembered and cherished. May her soul rest in peace and also courage to his family and well wishers to bear the loss.

अतिशय खंबीर आणि कणखर असे व्यक्तिमत्व, उत्साहाचा खळखळता धबधबा, प्रखर बुद्धिमत्ता, गुणी लेक, आदर्श पत्नी, प्रेमळ आई, कठोर पण काळजीवाहू आणि संवेदनशील अधिकारी. तू माझ्या कायम स्मरणात रहाशील.

Very sad to hear the sudden, sad demise of a wonderful lady Kushala,with whom I have interacted when she was in 3P cell and during GST implementation in HUL.She was a gem of a person, ever smiling, always calm and composed and very talented.She was rock solid on her stewardship as a finance professional. I last spoke to her sometime in the first weelk of Dec 2020. I pray to the Almighty to give strength to her family to bear this loss. She will always be with us and remembered. Om Shanti Om!

Kushala was an excellent colleague to work with. A vivacious person, ambitious, hardworking and always willing to help. She was of immense help during Stepan chemical integration of accounts with Mumbai branch and also in redeployment of Mumbai branch staff when branch financial was shifted to Capgemini. It was shocking to hear about her demise. She has left too early. As usual she was in a hurry. Om Shanti.

Kushala is an inspiring story. I saw her entry in HLL (then) in early 90s in PopDets Team and then she rose like a great shining star. She grinded herself into being a solid finance proffessional but remained grounded as a beautiful person. On one side she was strong boss but it never undermined her stature and respect; on other side she was so humane and caring. She loved nature, her native place and her family and her team members. Always spoke about them. Sad the shining star came and went like a shooting star; but star she will be to ever remain our guiding star with all the lessons of life and work she showed, drove and demonstrated. Her life is inspiring celebration, ever to kindle our consciouness. No Farewell for Beautiful Kushala. Always with us.

I have known her for the last 20 years and It was a very tragic news when i heard it. . Pray for her family to give them courage to bear a huge loss and also give them the strength to fufill her dreams.
