Kinne Sutton was working for the USDA. Kinne had also served in the Navy and the Merchant Marines and the majority of his carreer was as an electrical engineer with an expertise in phone systems. He was a loving son, brother, husband, and uncle. His passions were fishing, sailing, and flying. He loved adventure! He was the calm in the storm, a gentle soul, an animal lover, geek, goofball and brainiac.He was a dedicated Free Mason and Odd Fellow whose kind-heartedness and generosity shined through every day. Kinne was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia June 24, 2021 and he fought hard to keep the beast at bay. Throughout the journey he kept his sense of humor. He passed away at home with his wife Piper and dogs Walle and Eva by his side. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Kinne may be made to the Cancer Comfort Fund of the WVU Regional Cancer Center, 2000 Foundation Way, Suite 2600 , Martinsburg, WV 25401

Kinne and his family became a member of my family after a DNA match between my sister and Kinne's mom, Jean in September 2013. My relationship with Jean grew by leaps and bounds that including meeting Kinne and Piper. Kinne and I had planned to get together to do some fishing at his home in WV. The pandemic and other issues prevented us from making it happen. I know that there will be a special fishing hole set aside for him during his next journey. Fish well my cousin!!!! Bill
