It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of our beloved colleague Kathleen Crossan, who passed away on 31st July 2023. Kathy’s passing was sudden and unexpected however, she was able to spend her final days with her family and loved ones around her. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and friends during this difficult time. Kathy was a much loved colleague in a number of area’s of the business. Kathy started employment with Milk and More in 2015 and more recently from June 2022 worked with colleagues in Muller Services, Shared Services Accounts Payable team. As we grieve her loss I ask that you remember the positive impact she has on our workplace and the fond memories we shared with her. This space has been set up to share your reflections, memories, or messages of condolence. The family have indicated that they would take comfort in receiving these messages.

When I first met Kathy I thought that she was offish and rude, she thought I was 'up myself'. Thankfully this was not the case, as I soon discovered when we started working together as regional administrators. Her kind, caring, fun loving personality and wicked sense of humour shone through in every quick conversation (at least an hour)! The passion and pride that she felt for her family was evident too and my heart goes out to you all at this very sad time. Unfortunately, I did not know Kathy as long as others. However, for the short time that I did know her, I could immediately tell that she was a wonderful person and team member. She will be missed by everyone. Hugs to those closest to Kathy during this incredibly difficult time.
