My condolances to his family. So sad to hear. My best childhood friend past away, way too soon.From 1979 until 1989 we were inseparable and I will never forget the great friendship we had. I am grateful for the fantastic memories we made.

Joost, I can't beleive you are gone - far too early and far too young. It will take time to process - it seems unreal. I have not seen you for years since we worked together in Vienna, but you were a great guy and a great professional - my deepest condolences to your family and all those close to you - you will be missed but not forgotten!
