I had the pleasure of being recommended to John several years ago and have since supported with some key recruitment within the business. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I know an inspiration to those taht worked with him. Such sad news - my sincere condolences to all of John's family, friends and work colleagues.

John believed in everyone and gave them the confidence to be the best they could be. He did that for me, and pushed me to be where I am today. I have fond memories of that photo at Edgbarrow school when we first met. Was a fun day serving students great Christmas lunches! A true leader & mentor. On my travels in the last week I have had so many positive comments about how you would interact with everyone and find an approach for each person that made it so personal and you as an individual so unique.
