James was always such a friendly, helpful, funny man who brightened the mood of everyone around him with his wit and cheeky smile. Rest in peace, James, and know we're all missing you terribly. My condolences to all his family and friends. xx

James was the nicest man you could ever have the pleasure to meet and work with. He brightened many days in the office with his humour, infectious smile, and ability to re-create the most unique, hilarious songs. During the lockdown, he worked so hard, creating quizzes and keeping the team motivated and in touch. We had some great laughs. His quick wit and charm will be missed terribly. Whenever I worked with James he always had such a positive and funny outlook, no conversation with him was ever hard and always felt that you were working as a team. He was such a proud Dad and couldn't wait to show me photos of his gorgeous boy. My condolences go out to his family at this tragic time.

James was a truly lovely guy. He was always my go to person when I needed to sound out a data campaign idea or to understand the market. I lost count how many times I started an email to him with Hi James - can I pick your brains please? He was always so willing to give me his time and to help me however he can. He really was a genuine, decent, kind person who will be greatly missed by us all. My thoughts are with his family and his little boy Arlo xxx

James was such a kind & funny guy and always had a huge smile on his face cheering us all up on a daily basis, such a gentleman and a huge heart. He will be missed by each and every one of us. XX

I did not know James well but as a fellow member of the wider sales team, I had a strong sense that he was a popular colleague and consistently very good as his job - all my dealings with him supported this. My sincere condolences to his family and friends, I know he will be sorely missed by all.

I didn't work in James's team but to him that didn't seem to matter. He would always take time to chat if we were passing each other, always the gentleman holding a door open and was a joy to bump into. I cannot begin to imagine how his family and team mates are feeling. I hope James knew how well liked and loved he was.
