In loving memory of Helen Foo or as she often goes – “F-O-O, no “L”!” – was an accomplished all-rounder. But most of all, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, mentor, leader, and friend. Helen was called home to be with the Lord on 28 October 2022, at the age of 57, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honour her legacy by living their lives to the fullest. She was driven, strong, tenacious and intelligent. She completed her Diploma in Mass Communications & Journalism and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource while working as an air stewardess, newscaster and mum to her first born. Passionate in all that she sets her mind to do, she continued to flourish in the corporate sector and branched out emceeing, training, financial planning and finally… realising her childhood dream of being called to the Malaysian bar. She was charismatic, joyful, kind, and selfless. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Helen. Although constantly on the go, she always prioritised and enjoyed a quiet evening with her loved ones. Above all, her pleasant personality and uncanny ability to inspire was contagious to all those around! Helen stayed strong and positive until the very end with the joy we all know and love. Helen is survived by her husband, Francis Choong, daughter, Louise Choong and son, Russell Choong. I'm one of many young college students who met Aunty Helen in BAC for our Law Degree and CLP. despite the huge age gap, Aunty Helen was always funny, friendly and witty, and of course smart and motivating. She always encouraged us and blended well with us with her fun personality. She remained so humble despite her well-rounded achievements. RIP Aunty Helen

Remembered we meet year 2006, we have last 1 month to qualify challenge trip, our gaps were still quite far, We instantly became buddy & qualify challenge trip together. That was also my 1st breakthru on achieve Challenge trip to Turkey, Istambul. So bless to know you. Helen, RIP. You will aways be remembered.
